Grain Storage Policy

Corn Storage Rates

Warehouse Receipt:

15 cents minimum-90 days 1/10 cent per day thereafter, 42.50 cents 1st year, 36.5 cents thereafter per year. Moisture Content-14%.

Grain Bank Rates:

6 cents Mininum-180 days 1/10 cent per day thereafter, 24.50 cents 1st year, 36.5 cents there after per year. Moisture Content-15%

Price Later Rates:

15 cents minimum-90 days 1/10 cent per day thereafter, 42.50 cents per year. Moisture Content-15%

Drying Charges:

5.0 cents per point of moisture, 10 cents minimum; shrinkage- 1.45% per point of moisture removed.

All drying and /or storage charges will be deducted from the sale of the grain and/or be charged to the customer’s account.

Soybean Storage Rates

Warehouse Receipt:

17 cents minimum-90 days 1/10 cent per day thereafter- 44.5 cents per year. 36.5 cents there after per year.

Price Later Rates:

17 cents minimum-90 days 1/10 cent per day thereafter- 44.5 cents per year.

Soybean Moisture Discount:

1.5% of the selling price per ½ % of moisture over 13%

Note: Soybeans that come in at 15% or higher will be priced out that day.

Moisture Averaging

Corn

15.5% moisture and below will be averaged.

Soybeans

14.0% moisture and below will be averaged.

Grain Bank Corn Sold:

Corn sold from grain bank or taken home unprocessed will revert back to our original warehouse receipt charges and moisture.

Condo Storage

Warehouse corn receipt at 14% moisture.
